If you need to make a return or exchange you are welcome to do so within the first 30 days. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All returns must be sent back to us in like new-condition in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
If it has over 30 days since you received your item we are unable to provide a refund.
We will refund items if they are damaged when received. Please send us a picture or video of the item to email@example.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 working days.
